Plymouth Fancy Dress takes great care in packaging every order to ensure safe shipment to you. All orders placed and paid for before 4pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched next working day.
Orders will be processed on weekends, bank holdays and after Same Day Despatch Cut Off Times. This will not speed up the delivery date but we do this to keep on top of all orders, so please bear in mind when placing your order it will NOT leave our warehouse until the next working day. Please make sure you have ordered the correct items and size, as once ordered your order could be picked and packed immediately. Please make sure you have given the correct delivery address (delivery address is taken from your PayPal account when you check out - please double check this is correct). Changes at busy periods may not be able to take place and your order will already be in process.
If you think you have made a mistake please call 0845 557 5815 so you can speak to one of our customer care team so we can adjust any mistakes and avoid your order being despatched.
We charge a minimal fee for postage to the UK. We charge the same amount for postage no matter how big your order is. All orders are sent with a tracking number.
Recorded Delivery (2-3 days) is £3.99
Next Day Delivery is charged at £7.99
Recorded Delivery (2-3 days) is FREE with all UK orders over £50
We also offer delivery to the Rest Of the World. The cost of this will be based on the value and the weight of the order. This will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Click & Collect
Plymouth Fancy Dress can now offer Click & Collect from our Plymouth City Centre Branch. If you require this please select Click & Collect when proceeding through checkout.
There are 2 options available when using Click & Collect.
Option 1: 2-3 Working Days - Free of Charge
Option 2: Next Working Day - £4.99 - Please order before 4pm for next day delivery.
Once your delivery has been received in store we will contact you either by phone or/and email to say it is ready to collect. Please bring your confirmation email and some id to collect your order. Without proof of purchase we will be unable to release your order to you.
If you need to return a Click & Collect order please see the "Returns" section below. We are unable to do exchanges or refunds in store for Click & Collect orders. However we can take the return in the shop and pass this back to our distribution centre to deal with to save you having to post it back.

Should your item be faulty please contact us via the contact us tab. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned at buyer expense.
Unwanted Items/Wrong Size:
Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via the contact us tab. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. You must notify us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the item cost. No postage costs will be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via the contact us tab so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way to receive an exchange.
Please note we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery and Underwear.
